The promise or drafting to a Major Junior Hockey is a recognition of potential talent development but is not in any way a guarantee of the development of the player's skills since every player faces the many social and academic challenges in these the important adolescent years For Major Junior Players, our advisors become part of an ongoing circle of support with the family and others. The advisors are also strategically situated to collaborate with each other to oversee games, report on players and communicate with players and parents. Mike McArthur oversees all Major Junior Hockey contracts and will ensure that appropriate education packages and insurance aspects are addressed.

How to assess the league or team suitability beyond the sales pitch?
Who will support the player and family in good and bad times?
How to ensure educational packages and insurance are understood?
Our Advisors assess, re-evaluate, report and collaborate with the player and parents on a frequent basis and make sure all of these questions are answered all issues understood before critical decisions are made.
